MKR judge Guy Grossi opened his first restaurant in Perth last week called Garum situated in The Westin Perth. Chef Grossi loves Fremantle Octopus and told Broadsheet that “Fremantle octopus is one of my favourite products.” He also told Today Tonight "We have the wonderful Fremantle Octopus"
Grossi brought head chef Mario di Natale from Melbourne to run Garum who has worked for the Grossi family since being a 3rd year apprentice together they have created a menu that makes you feel like your in ancient rome.
