Already home to the world’s highest alfresco bar, gourmands can now enjoy a new Stellar at 1-Altitude dining experience with open-air dining at its spanking new alfresco rooftop dining space on level 63, against a backdrop of un-rivaled 360-degree views of Singapore’s iconic landmarks.
Indulge in Stellar’s latest dinner a la carte showcasing progressive Australian cuisine by Chef Christopher Millar, or from three- and four-course lunch menus, featuring the best of seasonal ingredients, with a new menu launch every first Monday of every month.
Adding to the allure of the new alfresco dining is the five-course Elements tasting menu with bespoke signature Dessert Art plated tableside by the pastry chef. Popular favourites include the Sea & tea creation, featuring charred camomile tea broth poached Fremantle Octopus, paired with sashimi-style Japanese flying squid in a soy-honey emulsion sauce with baby fennel.
